Delete your account
You can ask us to delete your account at any time. We then erase your profile, your backup copy (clothes, photos, outfits and plans) and your feedback from our servers.
From the app
Open Settings, then tap Delete Account. It opens our short request form.

What happens next
We confirm by email and delete your data within 30 days. Some records may stay longer where the law requires it, such as purchase records. See our Privacy Policy for the details.
Premium is separate
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play first.
Removing the app is not enough
Deleting the app clears it from your phone, but your account and its backup stay until you ask us to delete them.
